Whether you're new to basketball, amateur, or even pro player, our individual/group training serve your specific need.  As an individual or a small group, the training will be adjusted for each player in order to maximize your performance.   Adult Basketball training for different type of players:

Basketball Beginners – Tap back into the fundamentals of basketball.  It includes ball-handling, shooting mechanics, shooting drills, and working on different finishes at the basket.

Amateur players - beside fundamentals drills, some advanced skillset and functional training will also be added, including core muscle improvement, body strength, agility etc.

Professional Players - basketball position improvement, functional training, and skillset for real games, so that you can be more comfortable and show high performance in the games.
